Compassionate Eating is a way to nourish ourselves with mindfulness, love and awareness of how our food choices affect our bodies, our planet and other living beings. We do this by providing meals, classes and recipes that are designed to empower people to heal themselves with food on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. This is accomplished with proper food combining, herbs, spices, all organic ingredients and the intentions put into our catering and meal services wether its for a yoga retreat or a loved ones birthday. By planting a seed for deeper gratitude and connectedness to the earth we can fully appreciate the miracle we have on right our plates!

Our goal is to create the most delicious taste experiences that everyone can enjoy, which is why we make our meals free from animal products, gluten and other common allergies such as nuts. We also make it a priority to make everything from scratch with no processed or genetically modified ingredients. By sourcing local organic produce and ingredients we provide exceptionally pure, high vibration nourishment that is a rare gift in our overly commercialized world.
