Spaghetti Squash with Broccoli & Cilantro Cream Sauce

The original gluten free pasta! Spaghetti squash is easy to prepare, just cut in half and bake cut side down in a oven safe dish for 30 min then pull out the soft “spaghetti” with a fork and toss with your favorite sauces and toppings. I like marinara with lentils, vegan alfredo with mushrooms and cilantro cream sauce with broccoli. Enjoy!
