In honor of my dear aunt who is battling cancer, I will be posting my most powerful cancer-fighting recipes over the next month. These dishes are packed with organic cruciferous vegetables, anti-oxidants, healing spices and herbs, important vitamins, minerals and plant-based proteins that are easily absorbed by the body.

- 1 tablespoon Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
