In this class we will decipher some of the mysteries of gluten-free, vegan baking using all natural ingredients (no gums or franken-binders!). Participants will learn to make a variety of tasty baked goods using different flour blends, “eggs” and secrets from long time vegan chef Bianca Martinez. Recipes are also infused with superfood goodness such as flax, hemp and use low glycemic sweeteners such as agave and coconut sugar.

Group classes with a theme of your choice can also be booked and hosted at various locations.
