We source all organic ingredients and fresh local produce to create, seasonally inspired recipes you can enjoy for a lifetime! All recipes are dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free and use low glycemic sweeteners such as coconut sugar, agave or maple syrup. You won’t find any mock meats or fake processed cheeses here! Just whole organic ingredients, made from scratch to provide the purest, healthiest, high-vibe food on the planet.

Join us for Compassionate Eatings 5th annual vegan tamale making class. Last year we sadly had to cancel this class due to the Thomas Fires but this year it’s on! Learn to make delicious tamales made with love not lard. Lots of hands on learning as we get creative with the fillings and use all organic, non-gmo corn masa. We’ll have the Spanish tunes playing as we enjoy this traditional favorite with a cruelty-free twist, plus some appetizers and special drinks!

You can also book an individual private class or series of classes that can be tailored to your specific needs and interests. These classes can be done in your own home or our private kitchen. Group classes with a theme of your choice can also be booked and hosted at various locations.
